We brought our car in service and left buying a brand new Range Rover Autobiography. We were just perusing the lot at 8:00 a.m. when we met David Payne. We couldn't believe that a Sales and Leasing Consultant was at work that early in the morning. He provided the greatest service. The service I had at Range Rover was completely wonderful Sally my service manager, was so polite and kind and took care of everything. The work was done quickly with complementary Uber to and from work very nice experience considering I’m getting my car repaired. Thank you
I'd like to thank Michael in sales for his professionalism and helpfulness along with Shantel (not sure I've remembered her name correctly) and her team in service for getting me in quickly when they were already fully booked that day and for not even charging me for retrieving my key when it got lost deep in the heating vent under my seat. She also did not charge me to buff out a scrape on the body of my car. Thank you!
