They performed all requested services at the agreed price. The Advisor was great at communicating progress. The car was ready at the time quoted. I couldn't ask for more.
My service rep was great. She communicated well and made the experience seamless. The service was fast and well documented.I have one HUGE problem with how I received my vehicle: Both the headlights and wipers were turned from AUTO to OFF. I keep both on auto, so I never think about turning either on. I drove home through twilight and into darkness with my headlights off. Once I got off the freeway, I noticed that they were off.I'm guessing that all switches get checked as part of the "X point checkup", which is great, but put stuff back how you found it!! I can imagine a thousand reasons that they would leave everything in the off position, but that needs to change. It is a huge safety issue and the dealership would be responsible if there were consequences. Stop doing this. If you can't stop doing it, explicitly warn people that you have turned off safety features.

I have been in the market looking for a new SUV. I debated between multiple brands before deciding to go with a Land Rover. I worked with Melissa who is very kind and patient and extremely professional - if you want to work with someone who will answer your questions and help you find the right vehicle - she is great. When I was negotiating we were getting close and the GM came to see me - he has been here for a long time and really does a nice job representing their brand. Dmitri asked me what I wanted as my final number and he came within a few hundred dollars - which was fine with me. This is the second car I have purchased from Dmitri and this dealership - just a straightforward and courteous experience. I don't like high pressure and intimidation sales people - so finding a dealer like Jaguar and Land Rover of Bellevue was refreshing. While I did buy my car in Bellevue - I test drive one in Lynnwood and have to say they are equally amazing. Great family owned dealership that treated me well.
Shaneta made the process smooth and efficient. Booked through the online App (hence the reason for the 5) - made it convenient. She was able to get in me and out in under 24 hours. Had an unfortunate issue with the car wash pressure but they resolved it quickly and provided a courtesy no-cost rental for the mistake. Shaneta was great throughout the process. Service was for a RR Sport - Brake Pads primarily. Customer service was great, quality was okay, and the price....well just not cheap at all - can probably find parts online for less. If not for her customer service, the app, and her responsiveness - this would be a 4.
